A to B Roofing Partners Expands With Brown’s Roofing
South Carolina contractor joins platform

A to B Roofing Partners, a multi-brand roofing platform backed by Sea Sweet Capital and based in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., announced a new partnership with Brown’s Roofing out of Rock Hill, S.C., continuing the company’s strategic expansion.
Under the partnership, Brown’s Roofing will continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership team while gaining access to A to B Roofing Partners’ shared resources, growth capital, and operations support platform. The transaction is structured to preserve Brown’s culture and local market presence while supporting long-term growth initiatives.
“This partnership came together through relationships within the roofing industry,” said Jeremy Christopher, managing partner and co-founder of Sea Sweet Capital. “Having spent many years in the industry myself, it means a lot when great operators are referred to us by other professionals we respect.

Christopher added that the acquisition represents an important milestone for the platform’s broader strategy.
“Brown’s Roofing represents our third retail brand operating in a different geographic market,” Christopher said. “Establishing three experienced retail operators in distinct markets was an important step for our platform before we began integrating and synchronizing certain aspects of the business to support long-term growth.”

That experience was very different from what we’ve seen with most platforms. It gave us the opportunity to see firsthand that this is a culture-forward model that values its people, its anchor employees, and the identity of each brand.”
The partnership with Brown’s Roofing represents another step in A to B Roofing Partners’ long-term strategy to partner with experienced roofing operators in strong retail markets while preserving the culture and identity that made those businesses successful.
