A to B Roofing Partners Expands Platform with RCA Partnership
RCA joins platform, retaining brand and leadership team

A to B Roofing Partners, a multi-brand roofing platform backed by Sea Sweet Capital and based in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., has announced a new acquisition partnership with RoofingCo of America (RCA) of St. Petersburg, Fla., continuing its strategic expansion in the Southeast.
Under the partnership, RCA will continue to operate under its existing name and leadership team while gaining access to A to B Roofing Partners’ shared resources, growth capital and operational support platform. The transaction is structured to preserve RCA’s culture and local market presence while supporting long-term growth initiatives.
“This partnership was driven by alignment rather than scale alone,” said Jeremy Christopher, managing partner and co-founder of Sea Sweet Capital. “RCA has built a strong reputation in a relatively short period of time by emphasizing team culture and integrity, which made them a natural fit for our platform.”
Christopher added that the relationship between the two companies developed organically and was rooted in shared values and operating philosophies.
“It was important for us to find a partner who would help us build on our existing culture while maintaining our identity,” said Trevor Bennett, co-owner and managing partner of RCA. “We weren’t looking to change who we are—we wanted a partner who respected what we’ve built and could help us take it to the next level.”
Shawn Henry, co-owner and managing partner of RCA, said the platform’s operator-focused approach was a key factor in the decision.
“From our earliest conversations, we believed strongly in their thesis,” Henry said. “Their approach to partnering with operators, rather than replacing them, aligned with exactly what we were looking for.”
The acquisition represents another milestone in A to B Roofing Partners’ strategy to partner with high-performing roofing operators while maintaining a culture-first, operator-led approach to growth. The platform continues to seek opportunities to expand its footprint through partnerships that align with its operational philosophy.
