Skyline Roofing Partners Names Harry MacIntyre CFO
Former Alloy Roofing CFO joins platform

ATLANTA — Skyline Roofing Partners, an Imperial Capital portfolio company, appointed Harry MacIntyre as chief financial officer.
MacIntyre has more than a decade of financial leadership experience in private equity-backed and public companies. He most recently served as chief financial officer of Alloy Roofing. He previously was treasurer of Specialty Building Products after leading financial planning and analysis and treasury functions at RaceTrac Petroleum.
Skyline CEO Mike Midgett said MacIntyre’s experience in financial strategy, operational finance and growth companies will support the company’s expansion.
“Harry brings the financial rigor, strategic mindset, and operational perspective that will help support Skyline’s next phase of growth,” Midgett said. “His experience scaling organizations, managing complex financing initiatives, and driving value creation will be instrumental as we continue to expand our platform.”
MacIntyre said Skyline has built a reputation for working with operators and businesses across the residential roofing industry.
