Skyline Roofing Partners Appointing Mike Midgett as Chief Executive Officer
Midgett brings extensive C-suite experience as Skyline founder focuses on strategic partnerships

Atlanta-based Skyline Roofing Partners, an Imperial Capital portfolio company, announced the appointment of Mike Midgett as its new chief executive officer. Midgett will join founder Dan Reed, who has transitioned to a new role as founder and president.
In a Jan. 15 news release, Skyline said that Reed will continue to drive the company's strategic and vendor partnerships, business development, and greenfield expansion.
The company said Midgett brings extensive leadership experience in the home services sector, process-driven sales, and marketing expertise to a career spanning three decades, which includes leadership roles in multi-billion-dollar businesses and a record of driving organic growth in acquisitive companies.
Most recently, Midgett served as chief service officer at Groundworks, a residential foundation and water management solutions company, and chief sales and marketing officer at American Residential Services, a residential HVAC and plumbing services company.
