South Florida-based Best Roofing announced Wednesday the appointment of Sam Tikriti as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. 

Best Roofing says Tikriti brings over two decades of proven leadership, construction experience and a track record of driving growth and operational excellence to growing businesses. He also brings managerial and customer experience across various industries, including construction, real estate, and modular building.

Since 2020, Tikriti has served as the president and COO of Volumetric Building Companies, a leader in modular construction, where he expanded operations globally, drove innovation and significantly increased revenue. 

Before that role, Tikriti held various senior positions in the construction and real estate sectors, including senior vice president of design and construction at Mericle Commercial Real Estate and vice president of construction and asset management for North America at Modular Space Corporation.

Best Roofing was founded in 1978 and provides roof repairs, restoration and replacements for commercial, industrial and multi-family properties throughout South Florida. In April 2024, Harkness Capital Partners acquired Best Roofing.
