Stronghouse, a national roofing and exterior services platform, has acquired Centurion Exteriors, a Fort Wayne, Ind.-based windows and roofing provider, marking the company's entry into Indiana and its second acquisition in July 2025.
The deal strengthens Stronghouse's presence in the Midwest and Great Lakes region while providing an entry point into the broader Ohio Valley market. Centurion, established in 2015, serves homeowners across Northern Indiana, Southern Michigan, and Northwestern Ohio with exterior remodeling services.
"We are thrilled to enter Indiana with the addition of Centurion Exteriors," said Troy Baker, chief revenue and operating officer of Stronghouse. "Centurion is known for their outstanding service, stellar reputation, and exceptional quality."
The acquisition brings Stronghouse's portfolio to eight operating brands since its founding in 2021. The company's accelerated growth is supported by a new senior executive leadership team backed by O2 Investment Partners, a Midwestern private equity firm.
Centurion founder and CEO John Quillen praised the partnership, noting Stronghouse's "smart, strategic approach to help us scale sustainably while continuing to deliver top-tier exterior services to homeowners."
Stronghouse will provide Centurion with operational support, technology innovation, and capital investment while maintaining the brand's focus on quality service delivery in its established markets.
