National storm restoration provider BILT Exteriors has acquired West County Roofing and Construction, marking its entry into the St. Louis market and its second acquisition in nine months.

The partnership adds the St. Louis-based contractor to BILT's growing portfolio of regional roofing companies, which includes Ashco Exteriors, All Craftsmen Exteriors, and Absolute Construction. The deal reflects BILT's strategy of partnering with successful local companies while allowing them to maintain operational independence.

West County Roofing was established in 2021 by Mike and Krista Grossman, who built the company on what they describe as trust, responsiveness, and community values. Despite being relatively new, the company has developed a strong reputation for storm damage restoration and roof replacements in the St. Louis area.
