RAFTR Roofing + Exteriors, the Georgia-based roofing and outdoor exterior solutions platform specializing in the insurance claim sector, has promoted Miguel Taveras to Chief Sales Officer (CSO). RAFTRx will benefit from Taveras’ nearly 20 years of experience in business and eight years in the roofing industry.

As CSO, Taveras will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall sales strategy, continuing to drive sustainable growth across the RAFTRx portfolio of brands. This includes aligning sales, marketing, customer success and business development to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and customer engagement. As a member of the RAFTRx C-Suite, Taveras will also help lead the long-term strategic growth and expansion of the RAFTRx brand, helping the company strategically expand into new markets as it grows its national footprint.

Taveras joined the RAFTRx team in 2023, when they acquired Blue Hammer Roofing. Before the acquisition, Taveras served as owner and managing partner of Blue Hammer Roofing, alongside co-founders Nehal Kaiser, Maria Nguyen, Christian Jimenez and Freddy Murphy. Under their leadership, Blue Hammer Roofing, founded in 2019, completed more than $150 million in roofing sales and assisted approximately 10,000 homeowners with storm-related roof repairs.
