RAFTR Roofing + Exteriors (RAFTRx), a leading provider of roofing and exterior solutions specializing in the insurance-claim sector, announced the acquisition of Gold Medal Roofing for an undisclosed amount. This marks the company's second acquisition this quarter as it continues strategic expansion across the United States.

Based in Duluth, Ga., RAFTRx operates 35 offices across 16 states. The acquisition strengthens RAFTRx's existing presence in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Michigan, Alabama, and Ohio, while adding Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Arkansas to its growing geographic footprint.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn., Gold Medal Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services across the greater East Coast. The company has assisted customers with insurance restoration claims totaling over $65 million.
