RAFTR Roofing + Exteriors, the Georgia-based roofing and outdoor exterior solutions platform specializing in the insurance claim sector, has named Kimberly Grant as its new chief human resources officer. RAFTRx will benefit from Grant’s 20 years of experience in human resources across multiple industries.

In her new role at RAFTRx, Grant will oversee all human resource functions and play a key part in scaling the company’s people operations to support its rapid national expansion. Known for her deep emotional intelligence, strategic vision, and ability to align people with performance, Grant will focus on building a high-performing HR team and creating career growth opportunities across the organization.

Grant excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about helping others advance their careers. She is particularly attracted to organizations that prioritize scale, culture, and acquisitions. Her most recent roles include serving as the senior vice president of people at SnapCare and the senior director of human resources and talent management at Jackson Healthcare. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
