Industry entrepreneur Colby Davis announced the launch of Indy Capital, a public markets investment and real estate holdings company with a Home Service arm called "Indy Brands" focused on acquiring, scaling, and selling home service businesses nationwide.

In a news release, Indy Brands said it plans to build, acquire, consolidate and sell top-performing home service companies under a unified structure. The first brands under the Indy Brands umbrella include:

• Davis Painting – A premier residential and commercial painting company. 
• SUDS Power Washing – A leading exterior cleaning and soft washing provider
• Light Your Night – A professional outdoor lighting and holiday lighting service. 
• Honest Roofing – The newest addition, offering high-quality and trustworthy roofing solutions

To date, the portfolio has completed three acquisitions in the painting and power washing industries, and it says more acquisitions are planned for painting, roofing, outdoor living, holiday lights and power washing companies in the near future. 

The company said Indy Capital's expansion will be fueled by its in-house marketing agency, Marketing Now, led by CMO Brandon Roman Cruz, who has 15 years of experience and relationships in the digital and media world, working for large companies like iHeart Radio.

"We have some exciting announcements on the horizon, including introductions to our growing C-suite and management team," Davis said. 

"I never thought I would launch my own PE firm with the main focus [on] home services, but after seeing the void in the space and the need for honesty, integrity, and high-quality companies, I knew it was time to do this," he added.
