HighPoint Exterior Home Services Enters Tennessee with Five Points Roofing Partnership

HighPoint Exterior Home Services, a residential roofing and exterior services platform backed by Lake Street Capital Partners, has partnered with Five Points Construction, a full-service residential roofing company serving the greater Nashville area.
Founded in 2010 by Logan Hughes, Five Points focuses on roof replacement and restoration, offering both insurance claims management and retail solutions. The company is led by President Matt Wilson, VP of Business Development Clay Watson, Chief of Staff Jennifer George, and Controller Lacey Baxter.
The deal marks HighPoint's expansion beyond its existing North Carolina footprint. Justin Terzo, Managing Partner at Lake Street Cap, cited the Southeast as an attractive market for residential roofing and pointed to Nashville's strength as a real estate market. Managing Director Brant Wilczek said the partnership would help Five Points serve more customers statewide.
Hughes and Wilson both emphasized cultural fit and shared values as central to the decision.
