Home Genius Exteriors is expanding its footprint with five new locations across Ohio, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Tennessee
Home Genius Exteriors is expanding its footprint with five new locations across Ohio, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Tennessee.
The exterior home improvement contractor opened locations Nov. 1 in Toledo, Ohio; Lehigh Valley and Erie, Pa.; and Dover, Del. A Nashville-area location in Brentwood, Tenn., is scheduled to open Nov. 20.
The expansion strengthens the company's presence across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Home Genius Exteriors provides residential roof replacement, siding, windows, exterior doors and gutter services.
"Every new location represents more than a milestone in our growth. It represents families we can serve, communities we can support and people whose lives we can positively impact," said Jeff Gunhus, CEO and co-founder of Home Genius Exteriors.
The company said the expansion includes investments in local hiring and regional operations. Home Genius Exteriors works with manufacturers including Owens Corning, CertainTeed and James Hardie.
The five new locations are:

Home Genius Exteriors said the new offices will also support its continued hiring as it expands its exterior remodeling operations nationally.
