Though he’s still asked to speak at roofing-industry related events from time-to-time, Reid Ribble said he’s looking forward to gathering before the roofing industry at the 2025 International Roofing Expo to deliver an important message at a very critical time for entrepreneurship.

IRE 2025 Keynote Preview with Reid Ribble
Reid Ribble, former U.S. Congressman and NRCA leader, will deliver a keynote at the International Roofing Expo on Feb. 19, emphasizing strategies for success in roofing and the evolving American dream. He aims to challenge the notion that the American dream is dead and offer insights on its modern relevance.
Ribble, the former U.S. Congressman and roofer from Wisconsin who headed the National Roofing Contractors Association for five years, plans to come out of retirement – albeit briefly – to deliver the event’s keynote address on Feb. 19 at the at the Henry Gonzalez Convention Center.
“This speech will be totally different,” Ribble said, referring to his IRE 2022 keynote address before retiring. “There will be a lot of stories intertwined with what I’m talking about, because that’s one effective way of making people remember key points. However it’s a totally different speech. It’s one of the reasons I was willing to come and do this.” he said during a recent videochat with RC.
