Beacon continues on the march, this time snapping up Passaic Metal & Building Supplies, or PAMPCO, furthering its footprint in the New York tri-state area. The PAMPCO purchase is the company's ninth acquisition so far in 2024.

Brightstar Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Best Choice Roofing; the company has 85 locations across 24 states and reported $277 million in revenue in 2023.
