Boyne Capital announced on Monday that Pinnacle Home Improvement Group, a Boyne portfolio company, has expanded into the Florida market with two leading home improvement services providers, FAS Windows & Doors and Lindholm Roofing. 

With the closing of these two acquisitions, Pinnacle's home improvement brands now operate out of 12 locations across five states: Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Alabama, and Florida, the company said in a Jan. 27 news release.

Headquartered in Orlando, Fla., FASWD provides homeowners with direct-to-consumer window and door replacement services throughout Central Florida, including the Tampa Bay-St. Petersburg metro area and Greater Orlando. 

Lindholm Roofing, founded in 2009 and based in Islamorada, Fla., installs replacement metal roofing for single-family homes across the Florida Keys.

Boyne Capital said FASWD and Lindholm will continue to operate under their current names and branding as part of the Pinnacle Home Improvement Group platform, with both companies' management teams remaining in place.
