Premier Building Associates, an RC ‘Top 100’ Contractor, Offers Equity Position
Boyne Capital, out of Miami, announces affiliate investment in Conn.-based contractor

Boyne Capital announced on Monday that one of its affiliates has invested in Premier Building Associates, a Roofing Contractor magazine Top 100 commercial roofing firm based in North Branford, Conn.
Boyne said in an August 26 news release that PBA has been an established player in the New England and New York Tri-State markets since its founding. The company has expanded to perform work nationwide for large blue-chip customers in end markets, including big-box retail, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, education, and REITs.
Boyne added that industry-leading roofing manufacturers consistently recognize PBA as a “…best-of-breed services provider, exemplified by its long-standing connectionsand top-tier safety metrics.”
The firm was founded by CEO Dan Secondino in 2015 and has continued to expand nationally, accelerate its service and maintenance offerings, and leverage its track record of quality, excellence, and accountability to grow with its national customer base.

PBA represents Boyne's second platform investment in the roofing sector, following its recent investment in Pinnacle, a residential re-roofing services provider. It is also the most recent platform investment in BCM Fund II.
