ABC Supply Acquires the Assets of All Canadian Building Products

ABC Supply Co. announced on Tuesday that it had purchased the assets of All Canadian Building Products in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada; this is the company’s eighth acquisition in British Columbia and the second in Surrey.
In a March 26 news release, ABC Supply said it had acquired All Canadian Building Products. The company specializes in the distribution of quality residential and commercial roofing products and accessories and has been a “trusted partner to area contractors” since 2004 when owner Kulwaren “Kal” Johal founded it.
“Throughout the past 20 years, Kal has developed a strong business built on a foundation of incredible customer service,” said Mike Jost, ABC Supply’s COO. “We are excited to welcome Kal and his team into the ABC Supply family as we continue to grow our support for contractors in this key market.”
Johal will continue operating the location as branch manager, supported by the same staff; area contractors can expect a seamless transition and exceptional service.
