ABC Supply Co. Continues Northward Advance into Canada
North America’s largest supplier of roofing and building products acquires Cedar Grove Roofing Supply of British Columbia
ABC Supply Co.’s acquisition of Cedar Grove Roofing Supply in British Columbia, Canada, adds seven new locations to the concern’s portfolio in Vancouver's Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.
ABC Supply Co. continues its continental expansion: the concern announced on August 1 that it had acquired Cedar Grove Roofing Supply, a supplier of residential and commercial roofing, metal roofing and related accessories in British Columbia, Canada.
The acquisition adds seven ABC Supply–affiliated locations in Vancouver’s Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, the company said in its news release. The Cedar Grove Roofing Supply stores join five Monarch locations in Alberta.
“We are excited to expand our presence in Canada and welcome this team to ABC Supply,” said Keith Rozolis, ABC Supply’s president and chief executive officer. “The family atmosphere that has helped Cedar Grove Roofing Supply build lasting relationships with customers will remain unchanged, and we look forward to continuing to support their existing customers.”
Cedar Grove Roofing Supply is one of British Columbia’s largest independent distributors of roofing materials and related products, serving contractors for nearly 50 years with locations in Abbotsford, Burnaby, Courtenay, Duncan, Parksville, Victoria, and Surrey, British Columbia.
