BELOIT, Wis. — ABC Supply Co. has acquired the assets of Oregon Roofers Supply Inc. (ORS), a supplier of residential and commercial roofing products. ORS is located in southeast Portland, Ore., at 1810 SE 10^th Ave. and will continue to serve customers from this location.

The acquisition will provide ABC with a third location in the Portland market and give local contractors access to a wide array of superior products in the downtown area. Existing ORS associates will remain at the location, providing a seamless transition for existing customers. Gary McDonald will also continue in his role as branch manager.

“With the additional location and fleet, customers will find ABC the easiest and most convenient distributor in the area,” said John Simonelli, vice president of ABC Supply’s west region. “By expanding the products available to ORS customers and offering enhanced delivery options, we will make it easier for them to grow their businesses.”

The southeast Portland branch will be the ninth ABC Supply location in the northwestern United States.
