Sales Alignment, a provider of service coaching and development based in Woodstock, Ill., announced the addition of Chris Key, a highly skilled Service Operations expert, to its team who will support the firm’s ‘MakeServiceWork’ program by providing training and expertise on multilevel service plans. 

In a June 26 news release, Sales Alignment said Key would oversee day-to-day service operations support, conduct one-on-one service growth meetings, and implement new service procedures throughout the MakeServiceWork program.

The company said that Key brings more than 20 years of field expertise in the roofing industry with an extensive background in diagnosing problems, generating proposals, and establishing strong relationships with suppliers and clients. 

His expertise extends to field software and manufacturers, including systems including MBCI, DMI, MRS, CMP, Sarnafil, Soprema, Genflex, Carlisle, GAF, JM, Elevate, and Fabral. Before joining Sales Alignment, Key was a service manager for more than seven years, followed by eight years as a project manager in the commercial roofing industry.
