BURNSVILLE, Minn. — O2 Investment Partners announced that Stronghouse Solutions, a premier provider of roof replacement and repair and other exterior home services to residential customers across the U.S., has partnered with Houston-based Infinity Roofing & Siding, a provider of roofing, siding and other exterior home services.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Infinity Roofing & Siding was founded in 2004 by Derek Lindsey and has been a Top 100 roofing contractor. Infinity is headquartered in Houston, Texas, with 13 additional office locations across the country and operations in over 30 states.

Stronghouse Solutions is a provider of roof replacement and repair and other exterior home services to residential customers. Stronghouse Solutions recently went through a rebrand, having previously been known as Capital Construction Holdings. In addition to Infinity Roofing, Stronghouse Solutions’ current portfolio of brands includes Capital Construction, Irish Roofing & Exteriors, Linear Roofing & General Contractors, Options Exteriors, and Marshall Building & Remodeling.
