Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal
December 13, 2022

Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal

MFM Building Products

Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal® is a 45-mil, self-adhering, steep-slope roofing underlayment composed of tough, cross-laminated polyethylene film with a surface coating for excellent foot traction. Ultra HT utilizes a high temperature rated adhesive system rated to 250 degrees Fahrenheit for metal roofing systems where high heat is generated. The product rolls out flat, self-seals around roofing fasteners, and aggressively adheres to the substrate. Available in a 36-inch by 67-foot roll, Ultra HT comes with a 10-year warranty and is manufactured in the USA. For more product information including approvals, technical data, and installation instructions, visit www.mfmbp.com/ultra-ht-wind-water-seal or call 800-882-7663.

Stormtite

Stormtite

IKO

Stormtite is IKO’s economical synthetic underlayment choice. Stronger than conventional organic felts, Stormtite installs easily, even in cold weather, due to its light weight. It is engineered to be used under asphalt shingles and is part of a complete roofing system. IKO’s Stormtite is fully coated with tough polyolefin for superior weather resistance. Made of synthetic, non-breathable material, it effectively sheds water that gets behind shingles and is engineered to be a vapor-retarder. Built-in UV stabilizers means it can be left exposed for up to 30 days and continue to perform. Visit www.IKO.com for more information.
