HERNDON, Va. — Beacon announced that it has completed the acquisition of First Coastal Exteriors LLC with locations in Mobile, Ala., and Pearl, Miss. 

“We are very pleased to join Beacon and continue to serve our loyal customers with the benefits of Beacon’s scale and service model,” said Gary Miller, owner of First Coastal. 

The First Coastal team has served construction industry customers for decades. First Coastal distributes complementary residential and commercial building products including siding, gutter products and windows.

“We are thrilled to welcome First Coastal employees and customers,” said Lynn France, Beacon’s regional vice president, Southeast. “Our joint resources in the Alabama and Mississippi markets will broaden the product offering, allowing customers to grow their businesses while expanding career opportunities for all employees.”

Munroe Best, Beacon’s president of the South Division, said the acquisition is another addition as the company continues to expand its footprint and drive toward achieving its Ambition 2025 growth targets. The First Coastal Exteriors acquisition follows the recent announcement of its acquisition of Whitney Building Products LLC, a distributor of commercial and multifamily waterproofing and restoration products located in Boston.
