More than 300 roofing professionals headed to Scottsdale, Ariz., to learn from industry experts, network with peers and have some fun at the 18th Best of Success conference.

Held annually by RC, the event had more than 18 speakers present over the course of one-and-a-half days on a variety of topics, including hiring practices, preventing fraud and forming peer-to-peer groups. A wide range of companies were also in attendance, from technology to distributors, to help give contractors the tools they need to succeed.

It wasn’t all work and no play, however; evening receptions and networking events gave contractors a chance to unwind and make new connections while strengthening friendships. RC also announced its 2022 Contractors of the Year and helped present the 2022 Innovator of the Year award. All of this while being surrounded by the beautiful Christmas décor of the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess resort.
