The 2025 Best of Success conference saw more than 500 roofing professionals gather in Arlington, Texas, putting their collective experiences together to learn from one another and grow their businesses.

The event was one of the biggest in the conference’s 21-year history. More than 40 Latino roofing professionals gathered a day ahead of the event for the Techos y Más all-Spanish programming, and over 25 speakers presented real-world information and tips on everything from private equity to diversifying.

Best of Success is known for creating an atmosphere where contractors can let down their guard and speak candidly about the issues they’re facing. As a result, not only do attendees take home nuggets of information they can implement, but they also create acquaintances they can turn to for advice.

Part of that magic is the conference’s signature networking events, giving contractors time to not only chat with presenters, but with vendors and their peers. Plus, attendees are the first to learn who won the annual Commercial and Residential Contractor of the Year awards.
