More than 500 attendees enjoyed the 20th annual conference, held Dec. 4-6 in Bonita Springs, Fla.

This year marked the 20th anniversary of Roofing Contractor’s Best of Success conference, and more than 500 roofing professionals celebrated by attending the event to network and learn how to improve their business.

Held Dec. 4-6 at the Hyatt Regency in Bonita Springs, Fla, the event featured its trademark educational sessions presented by industry experts alongside new programs like the Techos y Más sessions held entirely in Spanish. Topics included using AI in roofing, the benefits of hiring a business coach, how to give back to your communities, and how the Trump administration could affect roofing.

“Over the years, this conference has evolved into so much more — a place where ideas ignite, relationships flourish, and legacies are built. We’re honored to celebrate this milestone with all of you and excited for what the next 20 years will bring!” said RC Publisher Jill Bloom.

The event also highlighted contractors going above and beyond to elevate the industry, including the Roofing Technology Think Tank’s 2024 Innovator of the Year and the residential and commercial Contractors of the Year.
