OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. — Last month, Prairie Capital Advisors Inc. announced that Woodlawn Partners and Lightspring Capital Partners acquired a controlling interest in Active Roofing Company. The Active Roofing management team will retain a meaningful ownership position in the company.

Prairie acted as exclusive financial advisor in this transaction to Active Roofing and was led by Tim Witt and Tom DeSimone of Prairie. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
