Sun Capital Partners Affiliate Closes on Latite Roofing & Sheet Metal
Latite seeks to leverage Sun Capital's operational expertise and M&A strategy to accelerate growth

Private investment firm Sun Capital Partners, Inc. announced Wednesday that its affiliate had completed the acquisition of Latite Roofing & Sheet Metal, a Florida provider of roofing services to commercial and residential customers
Founded in 1943, Latite provides roofing solutions, including re-roofing, service, repair and new construction. Sun Capital said in a Jan. 8 news release that the company has worked on various large-scale commercial and residential projects in Florida, serving property owners and general contractors.

"We look forward to supporting the Latite team with our strategic insights and operational resources to help drive growth and solidify its leadership position.”
Sun Capital added that Latite is well-positioned to capitalize on growth opportunities given its strategic footprint, scale, and diverse set of roofing capabilities.
