How you’ll make the list next year? “We have been investing into the company tremendously,” said Chad Enger, CEO. “We doubled our fleet and added staff in all departments. We are also sending our staff through university-like courses online in which each course is tailored to each staffs position, from reception, to sales, production, bookkeeping, and even business courses for the CEO like myself. How you’ll make the list next year? “Our marketing strategies were modified to include more TV during the presidential campaign and we focused more on our existing client base,” said Mandi Hatcher, sales director. “Management implemented policies and procedures to cut down on waste both inner office and on the roof. We have always run like a well-oiled machine.”
