How you’ll make the list next year? “RCV hired a private business consultant and we implemented core values that we hire and fire around,” said Owner Jay Nelson. “We defined our one-year, three-year and 10-year goals and created measurables to have a pulse on our business and performance.”

Specialty: Expertise in commercial roofing and solar energy with a solutions-based approach.

How you’ll make the list next year? “We’ve continued doing business with our usual customers but continue to reach out to new customers via networking events on upcoming projects. We’ve also hired additional field supervision to increase field productivity," said Grant Brust, project manager.
