ANDOVER, Mass. — Innovative Chemical Products (ICP Group) today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Choice Adhesives, a leader in custom adhesive solutions for a variety of industries, with the intent to close mid-May.

Choice Adhesives’ strong offering in the professional roofing adhesives market will be highly complementary to the growing ICP Building Solutions Group (ICP BSG) portfolio, which includes trusted roofing brands like Polyset^® and APOC^®. By broadening its technological capabilities in the roofing space, ICP BSG will have a greater ability to serve professionals everywhere.

In addition to roofing, Choice Adhesives provides solvent-based, water-based, aerosol and hot-melt adhesives to a variety of markets and applications, including high-pressure laminate, furniture, woodworking, insulation, foam fabricating, recreational vehicles, footwear and more.
