SRS Distribution Expands in Midwest with Acquisition of Louis T. Ollesheimer & Son Inc.
MCKINNEY, Texas — SRS Distribution Inc. announced that it has acquired Louis T. Ollesheimer & Son Inc. (LTO), a distributor of commercial and residential roofing and other related products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Madison Heights, Mich., LTO was founded in 1916 and is currently run by Jamie Ollesheimer, president of LTO. The company operates 12 locations across four states (Mich., Ind., Ohio, W.V.) and employs a team of ~80 people. Ollesheimer will continue to lead the company’s dedicated employee base under the LTO banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.

Dan Tinker, president and CEO of SRS Distribution, said LTO is one of the oldest and largest independent roofing distributors in the Midwest, and its commercial roofing presence will complement its residential roofing footprint in the region.
