Deer Park Roofing Acquires Louisville Roofing Contractor

CINCINNATI — Deer Park Roofing has announced the acquisition of a Louisville, Ky. roofing company as of Sept. 30.
Fackler Commercial Roofing, located at 605 Marret Ave., will now be known as Deer Park Roofing after the acquisition. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Deer Park Roofing President Nick Sabino said this is his company’s first acquisition, and is prepared to look at other opportunities if it enables Deer Park Roofing to better serve its customers.
“This acquisition should help us service a number of customers that have properties in the Louisville area more efficiently,” said Sabino.
Fackler Commercial Roofing is expected to expand its staff of eight by at least 50 percent in the next year. Its owner, Stephen Fackler, has been in the commercial roofing industry for 41 years.
Deer Park Roofing, located at 7201 Blue Ash Road, was founded by Sabino in 1996. The business has 133 employees serving Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana and took in $20 million in revenue in 2018.
Sabino was elected to a three-year term this year as the chairman of the National Roofing Contractors Association.
