HOUSTON — Royal Building Products Inc. today announced that it has completed the acquisition of DaVinci Roofscapes L.L.C.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

DaVinci began in 1999 and is a supplier of premium composite roofing and siding. The company is based in Lenexa, Kan.

Its products, which will continue to be sold under the DaVinci brand, will complement the existing premium products like Celect, Zuri and Cedar Renditions available from Royal Building Products, according to a release from the company.

Royal Building Products, a Westlake Chemical Corp. company (NYSE: WLK), manufactures and distributes leading materials for the home remodeling, building and construction markets. Westlake reported 2018 revenue of about $8.6 billion with net income of $991 million.
