RALEIGH, N.C. — The International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC, formerly RCI Inc.) board of directors was officially elected and instated at the annual meeting of the members during the 2019 RCI International Convention and Trade Show in Orlando, Fla., on March 18.
This board, elected at the final RCI convention, will be the first to serve the organization under its new moniker, IIBEC (pronounced eye-beck). The new board is:
