Nichols has more than 30 years of experience in sales and business development. According to the company, he has successfully executed growth strategies while holding roles of progressive responsibility and scope.

Prior to joining Polyglass, he was national vice president of sales for a leading roofing contractor in the U.S., where he was instrumental in the growth of the company. He also spent a decade leading a large internal and field sales team for a major manufacturer of concrete roof tile products.
