IB Roof Systems announced the promotion of Chad Paris to director of sales as part of its commitment to growing and developing its team to provide customers with the best experience.

In his new role, Paris will continue to oversee the redesigned inside sales team as well as take on the external sales team to align the company's sales force. He will report to CEO Jason Stanley.

"While nothing is ever perfect, I am proud of the way Chad and his team have persevered through the greatest supply chain crisis I have seen in our industry," said Stanley on IB Roof Systems' website. "None of us will ever be perfect, but we can strive for being better each day than the day prior. I believe Chad shares that philosophy."

Stanley said Paris has grown into the role over the past year by working on directives he established, including completely restructuring the ISR team to be forward facing team members and correcting the Salesforce platform.

"On a personal note I want to thank Chad for taking the chance on me and IB, uprooting his family, and moving across the country to help these initiatives.  I am grateful and excited about what will happen next for all of IB," said Stanley.

Paris previously served as director of inside sales, having been promoted from his position as eastern regional sales manager. Paris has been with IB Roof Systems for more than four years and has contributed in his role as a regional sales manager by developing new business opportunities and building relationships in the East. Paris has more than 15 years of sales and distribution experience.
