RCI Inc. announced the winner of its 2009 Correll Award winner at an awards luncheon during the 24th RCI International Convention & Trade Show in Dallas, Texas.
RALEIGH, N.C. - RCI Inc. announced the winner of its 2009 Correll Award winner at an awards luncheon during the 24th RCI International Convention & Trade Show in Dallas, Texas.
Honorary member Richard Fricklas, right in photo, of Interface & Buildings.com, Centennial, Colo., received the prestigious award established in the name of RCI pioneer and first executive director William C. Correll Sr., AIA, FRCI. The award is presented at the discretion of the RCI Jury of Fellows to “an individual for outstanding actions beneficial to professional development of the industry.”
Criteria for consideration of the award required significant recognition of nominees for advancement of professional development within the roofing industry in the following areas: education and communication, research and development, technology, and other arenas that provide significant improvement to the industry.
