GPStimate Offers AI Tools for Commercial Roof Estimates
AI-assisted takeoffs keep estimators in control.
GPStimate is offering an artificial intelligence-assisted platform for commercial roofing estimates that combines automated takeoffs, assembly tools and access to manufacturer documentation.
The company says estimators review and approve measurements produced by the software. Its tools include a company-specific pricing catalog, reusable assemblies and an AI assistant for product documents and manufacturer requirements. gpstimate.com
In a release, GPStimate said testing across approximately 100 projects reduced estimating time by about half for work that typically took more than two hours. The release did not provide testing methods or an independent assessment.
The company also reported a partnership with Dataforma intended to connect estimating with customer relationship management, service and project management workflows.
