ServiceTitan Expands AI Tools for Roofing Contractors
New capabilities target insurance supplements, production scheduling, subcontractor management and material ordering

ServiceTitan is expanding its artificial intelligence capabilities for roofing contractors, introducing new automation tools designed to streamline insurance claims, production scheduling, subcontractor management and material purchasing.
The company announced the expansion during its Pantheon 2026 conference in Orlando, where it launched a limited pilot of its Max AI platform for roofing and commercial contractors.
The pilot extends ServiceTitan's AI-powered business management tools beyond residential in-home service trades. It combines the company's Atlas AI assistant with automation for site inspections, daily job logs and invoice reviews. Additional capabilities for agreement reviews, accounts payable and collections are planned.
During the conference, ServiceTitan co-founder and President Vahe Kuzoyan outlined three roofing-specific AI agents the company plans to introduce by next year. A claims and supplement agent will compare insurance adjuster scopes with contractor estimates and draft supplemental claims. A production agent will convert sold estimates into jobs, schedule crews and material deliveries, and adjust schedules for weather disruptions. A third agent will automate aspects of subcontractor management, including matching jobs with subcontractors, issuing work orders, calculating payments and evaluating performance.
"We want to work closely with our first customers, support your teams through adoption, and help you turn these agents into more revenue, stronger margins, and better experiences for your customers and your team," Kuzoyan said.
ServiceTitan also detailed plans for a supplier-connected materials catalog that would allow contractors to maintain current pricing based on negotiated supplier agreements and place orders directly through the platform.
SRS Distribution, Ferguson and Lennox are serving as design partners for the catalog, with roofing contractors expected to gain access by the end of 2026.
The company also introduced a dedicated Atlas mobile app that will allow business owners to analyze sales performance, revenue and other operational metrics using AI-powered queries. Atlas remains in limited testing, with Max customers receiving priority access.
Another announcement, Homh, is a consumer platform designed to connect homeowners with participating ServiceTitan contractors through AI-powered search and booking tools, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Claude. The platform is initially available by invitation in select markets.
The announcements reflect ServiceTitan's growing emphasis on roofing and exterior contracting as it expands its software platform into additional construction trades. While the Max pilot is underway, the roofing-specific claims, production and subcontractor management agents remain in development.
