The pilot combines NRCA's national contractor reach and workforce-development role with The GLO Group's work in executive coaching, organizational strategy, team alignment and bilingual operations.

NRCA members will receive preferred pricing, making the member benefit one of the clearest operating pieces of the new collaboration.

The program is aimed at owners, executives, operations leaders, human-resources professionals and managers responsible for diverse crews.

Its premise is that recurring jobsite problems are not solved by translation alone. The partners are positioning communication gaps, cultural disconnects and uneven supervisor development as leadership issues that can affect rework, delays, safety incidents, turnover and profitability.

"One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that communication challenges are simply a language issue. In reality, they're a leadership issue," said Monica Vornbrock, co-founder and chief innovation and transformation officer of The GLO Group.

That framing gives the partnership a broader mandate than a conventional language-training offering.

The curriculum is designed to help contractors develop Hispanic supervisors, build trust and accountability across multilingual crews, improve retention through visible leadership pathways, and create more consistent execution from the executive office to the jobsite.

The six interactive courses include:

• Leadership in Two Languages: Elevating Hispanic Supervisors
• Psychological Safety & Cultural Trust in Roofing Environments
• Modern Tools, Traditional Values: AI + People-Centered Leadership

The partners say the program also will address technology and systems adoption, with an emphasis on introducing new tools through people-centered leadership practices.

Vornbrock, Lorna Rojas and Chris Navarro of NRCA bring experience in leadership development, human resources, safety practices and bilingual workforce training.

There is a free live webinar, scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 20, at 1 p.m. CDT, that will preview how the six-course program supports safety, productivity, engagement and profitability. 

Vornbrock, Rojas and Navarro are expected to be introduced as facilitators and participate in a live Q&A.

NRCA members also receive preferred pricing: $195 for one course or $875 for the full six-course program. Nonmembers will pay $295 per course or $1,325 for the complete program.
