Ridgeline Acquires Nebraska-Based Fremont Roofing
Deal marks company's sixth acquisition

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration has acquired Fremont Roofing Co., a roofing and exterior services contractor based in Fremont, Neb.
The transaction marks Ridgeline's sixth acquisition. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2011 by JB Harris, Fremont Roofing provides roofing installation and repair, siding, gutters and gutter protection systems. The company serves customers throughout Nebraska and Iowa, including the Omaha and Council Bluffs metropolitan areas.
"Fremont Roofing is exactly the kind of partner we look for: a proven operator with deep roots in the community and a loyal customer base," Ridgeline CEO Chris Baldus said in a statement.
Harris said joining Ridgeline will support the company's next phase of growth while maintaining its focus on customer service.
"We built Fremont Roofing on quality work and honest service," Harris said. "I'm proud of what this team has accomplished, and I believe Ridgeline will enable our future growth while maintaining the level of customer service our community has come to expect."
Ridgeline is a portfolio company of private equity firm Bertram Capital. Bertram Vice President Zach Bassi said the acquisition aligns with the company's strategy of expanding Ridgeline's roofing and restoration operations through acquisitions of established regional contractors.
