Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration, a Birmingham, Ala.-based provider of residential and commercial roofing solutions and a portfolio company of Bertram Capital, has acquired Kenneth Daniel Roofing. 

Based in Littleton, N.C., Kenneth Daniel Roofing was founded by Kenneth and Stephanie Daniel in 2019 and is known for quality residential roofing, decking, siding, and gutter services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition marks Ridgeline’s fourth transaction and extends its reach into North Carolina and southern Virginia. Ridgeline acquired Mississippi-based Pro Shield in February, St. Louis-based Brody Allen Exteriors and Charlotte, N.C.-based Signature Exteriors in March.
