With new capital infusion, company expands Southeast presence into Mississippi

Birmingham, Ala.-based Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration, a provider of residential and commercial roofing solutions, has acquired Pro Shield, a quality residential and commercial roofing services company based in Madison, Miss.

Ridgeline is a portfolio company of Bertram Capital and marks its first acquisition and market reach in the Southeast. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In a news release, Ridgeline says Pro Shield, founded by Cody Bellipanni, has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality roofing services, focusing on customer satisfaction and craftsmanship.

Through its partnership with Ridgeline, Pro Shield will gain access to enhanced operational and technology support and significant corporate resources. The company expects to accelerate growth under the Pro Shield brand.
