Cool Roofs Acquires Houston-Based CoBros Roofing

Cool Roofs Inc. has acquired Houston-based CoBros Roofing and integrated the company into its Cool Roofs – Houston operation, expanding its residential and commercial roofing presence across Harris, Fort Bend and Montgomery counties. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition adds CoBros Roofing’s local crews, infrastructure and customer base to Cool Roofs’ existing operations in the Houston market. The combined business will provide commercial and residential roofing services under the Cool Roofs – Houston brand.

Commercial services include TPO membrane systems, metal roofing and roof coatings, while the residential side includes reroofing and storm-related work.

Cool Roofs said the integration is intended to expand its ability to serve property owners and facility managers throughout the Greater Houston area while maintaining CoBros Roofing’s local market knowledge. The company also cited storm response as a key part of the combined operation, given the region’s exposure to tropical storms, high winds and heavy rainfall.

Cool Roofs – Houston now serves customers throughout Harris, Fort Bend and Montgomery counties as part of Cool Roofs Inc.’s broader roofing operations.
