Valor Exterior Partners Acquires Landmark Exteriors

Deal expands Valor platform into Connecticut and New York

Valor Exterior Partners, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, has acquired Landmark Exteriors, expanding its footprint into Connecticut.

Founded in 1997 and based in Norwalk, Conn., Landmark provides roofing, siding and exterior services across Connecticut and New York. The deal marks Valor’s eighth acquisition since launching in September 2024.

Osceola Capital said the acquisition enhances Valor’s operational scale and creates new cross-selling opportunities across its portfolio.

“The acquisition of Landmark further strengthens Valor’s physical presence, cash flow generation and operational capabilities across the region,” said Ben Moe, managing partner at Osceola Capital. “It also provides the platform with significant cross-selling opportunities, particularly through Landmark’s Cedar Life division, which specializes in cedar roof and siding preservation services.”
