Home Genius Exteriors (HGE) opened a new corporate marketing headquarters in Streetsboro, Ohio. The 22,000-sq.-ft. facility is home to approximately 200 employees working in marketing, corporate customer service, and Cleveland-area sales operations. The purchase of this office strengthens HGE's economic and community impact in Northeast Ohio while advancing its mission to transform the home improvement experience.

The investment marks a significant step in the company's regional growth, which began in 2023 when Home Genius Exteriors first established operations in Northeast Ohio. Today, the company's service area has expanded to include four additional offices across the state. By centralizing its corporate business functions in Streetsboro, the company is well-positioned for continued expansion while creating new professional opportunities in the Cleveland community.

Since 2019, HGE has consistently doubled its revenue year-over-year and is on pace to exceed $300 million in net sales by year's end, with plans for substantial service area expansion nationwide in 2026.

To support this growth, the company has invested heavily in talent acquisition, growing its workforce to nearly 500 employees. Today, Home Genius Exteriors serves residential customers across the Northeast, South, and Midwest, providing exterior home improvement services including roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and insulation.
