Power Home Remodeling Tops Fortune List Again
Company earns top spot on Best Workplaces in Construction for third year in a row.

Power Home Remodeling has secured the No. 1 position on Fortune's 2025 Best Workplaces in Construction List, marking an unprecedented third straight year at the top of the large company category. The Philadelphia-based exterior home remodeler outperformed competitors in the highly competitive rankings based on survey responses from nearly 54,000 construction industry employees.
"We're incredibly proud that POWER remains at the forefront," said Chief Production Officer Rob Borislow. "There's a greater sense of pride in knowing what this recognition really means — that our people feel valued, genuinely happy to come to work every day, and empowered to deliver the best service to our customers."
The company, which employs over 4,000 people and generates $1.4 billion in annual revenue, has distinguished itself through innovative workplace programs. These include the Dan Price Craftsmanship Academy, which teaches trade skills to non-construction employees, and the POWER for Good program, which empowers employees to direct the company's philanthropic efforts.
The recognition follows Power Home Remodeling's recent inclusion on the 2025 PEOPLE Companies That Care list and its #14 ranking on Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
