Power Home Remodeling Grabs 14th Spot on Fortune ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’

Power Home Remodeling was again recognized as one of Fortune’s ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ by Great Place To Work and Fortune magazine in 2024, coming in at No. 14. This is the company’s seventh consecutive year earning the distinction.

“It is a false choice that businesses have to decide between employee happiness and profit,” said co-CEO Asher Raphael. “Year after year, in good times and bad, we invest in our people and their results speak for themselves. Fulfilled employees make great companies and happy customers.”

In an early April press release, Power said that Great Place To Work is the only company culture award in the world that selects winners based on “how fairly employees are treated”; POWER received an overall 97% score from employees.

“When people ask about what sets the Best Companies apart from their competitors, it’s one key ingredient: trust,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “When employees trust their leaders, their colleagues, and the organization, they become empowered to reach their full potential.”

POWER said it was proud to add this Fortune 100 Best distinction to its growing roster of ‘Great Place To Work’ awards. In 2023, the company was named to Best Workplaces for Parents, Fortune Best Places to Work in Construction, PEOPLE Companies That Care, Fortune Best Places to Work for Millennials, and Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list.

The company urged those looking for a “fulfilling career at one of the country’s top workplaces,” to explore open opportunities at powerhrg.com/careers.
